ORDERS

Q: I need more than the quantity available for sale. How can I order more at one time?

A: If you are looking for a larger quantity (ex: bridesmaid gifts or party favors) please contact me at lauren@crescentandcrow.com with the item, quantity, and date needed by. 

Q: Do you still do custom orders?

A: We do not offer custom pieces at this time, but if you require an adjustment to an item we currently have for sale (ex: special jewelry size not listed) please reach out to lauren@crescentandcrow.com and I will be happy to accommodate you.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after the order was placed. However, some of our items may require additional time to ship (ex: our art prints are printed to order and need time to fully dry before shipping). For these items we will always note the shipping time in the product description.

Q: Are all of your products made to order?

A: We do keep a small stock of candles ready to ship quickly, but we also like everything to be nice and fresh when you receive it. If you need a larger quantity than is available please reach out so we can accommodate you! Just send an email to weekendcandlestudio@gmail.com

Q: I've never had a wood wick candle. How do I care for it?
